Next week's noteworthy (macro and crypto) events

First, let's talk about geopolitics. The last time geopolitics dominated the market was three years ago.

The U.S. military officially airstrikes Iranian nuclear facilities: the deeply buried bases in Fordow, Isfahan, and Natanz have been completely destroyed,

Iran has promised full retaliation, and any retaliatory actions may occur within the next 48 to 72 hours. The focus remains on oil prices and the blockade of the Strait of Hormuz.

Additionally, U.S. B-2 bombers have been moved to Guam, and aircraft carriers and refueling aircraft have been increased. Iran's countermeasures are limited outside its range, and it will mostly continue to rely on proxy attacks on Middle Eastern oil and gas facilities.

If you are a crypto bull, the best strategy now is to follow the U.S. actions, gradually adding positions in $BTC/ $ETH during pullbacks, and setting dynamic stop losses.

There are two macro events to note:

1. The U.S. Q1 GDP revisions on June 26 (Thursday), which will mainly impact the July FOMC.

2. The U.S. personal income/expenditure & core PCE for May on June 27 (Friday); the previous value was 2.5% YoY, exceeding 2.6% may trigger inflation concerns and a stronger dollar, while falling below 2.4% could strengthen gold and bitcoin.

Next week in crypto, the main focus will be on the massive unlocking of BLAST, with approximately 35% of the circulating tokens being unlocked on June 27, valued at over 25 million USD. The previous two unlocks have generally seen about a 10% drop on the same day.
