"The cryptocurrency market is ever-changing, but there is one path that is becoming wider -- compliant stablecoins are becoming the 'hard currency' of the digital world!"

Dasheng's Interpretation:
Recently, the well-known financial institution Canaccord stated: "Compliant stablecoins will become the core layer of internet currency." What does this mean? In simple terms, stablecoins like USDT and USDC, which have backing, may become the 'universal currency' of the entire cryptocurrency market in the future, even penetrating into various fields such as internet payments, cross-border transfers, and DeFi.
Why compliant stablecoins?
Stable as an old dog: They are pegged 1:1 to the US dollar, unlike Bitcoin which fluctuates wildly, making them more suitable for daily trading and hedging.
Regulatory recognition: Governments and large institutions trust stablecoins that are audited and licensed, such as USDC (issued by Circle, regulated in the U.S.), rather than dodgy projects.
High practicality: Almost all exchanges now use USDT as an intermediary currency, and in the future, it may be used directly for online shopping, paying salaries, and even paying utility bills!
The dominance of USDT
Currently, 90% of trading pairs in the cryptocurrency market are priced in USDT. Why? Because both retail and institutional investors recognize it! If compliant stablecoins really become 'internet currency' in the future, the market capitalization of USDT and USDC could multiply several times compared to now, even displacing the status of some small national fiat currencies.

Dasheng's Perspective:
In the short term, compliant stablecoins will make the cryptocurrency market more 'regulated' and attract more large funds to enter; but in the long run, it may also make cryptocurrencies more 'bank-like', losing their decentralized soul. For example, if in the future the U.S. government suddenly requires the freezing of a certain USDC account, the holders may be caught off guard...
