Cryptocurrency regulation in the US has reached the

final stretch! The US Senate voted for

the adoption of the GENIUS Act. 68 senators voted in favor,

30 against. As we all know, this law is responsible for the regulation and legalization of stablecoins in the country.

Now the GENIUS Act will go to the House of Representatives, where it awaits further discussions, including in the context of

the CLARITY Act - a bill regarding the rules

for the functioning and regulation of digital assets as a whole.
