What will happen?
Trump pressure is on FEDs for the Rate Cuts, however the PPI data and CPi shows that FEDs will pause the Rates.
1. If Rates are paused unchanged, it is neutral or slightly bearish for market.
2. If Rates are Up by 0.25 or 0.50 then a huge dump is loading
3. If Rates are cuts then be ready for Huge green candles and An Alts season soon.
My prediction is That Powell will leave the rates unchanged, because he said that economy is stable. Probability of rate cuts is only 10%. Where as leaving unchanged is 90%.
keep an eye on FEDs press conference. a hawkish tone will bring landslide to market.
