The volume of $ETH blocked in staking has reached a record high 🔝
The number of coins being staked in the second most capitalized cryptocurrency has reached a record high of approximately 35.12M ETH, which is about 29% of the total available supply.
The number of validators has almost reached 1.1M.
The value of the blocked cryptocurrency is estimated at $121.7B, which is more than 20% of the asset's market capitalization.
Most of the blocked assets (25.7%) are still on the Lido platform. However, the protocol has recorded a significant outflow of 119,332 ETH in the last month.
The largest 30-day increase of 316,185 ETH occurred on Ether Fi.
According to CryptoQuant analyst data, 22.8M ETH of the total volume of coins in staking belong to “accumulation addresses” - wallets with little or no history.
