Good afternoon, brothers. I went to sleep at 6 AM and got up relatively late. After reducing positions for BTC and ETH to protect my capital, I temporarily have no positions. Today, I will look for a new entry point.
BTC broke below the recent strong support at 1040 yesterday, dipping to 1033 and then retracing. Currently, the highest it reached is only 1055. The market is still weak and remains below 1060. The 1060 level is the high point after the big drop last Friday and also the spike position on Monday. If it continues to decline, it will break down.
This means that in the short term, 1060 is a resistance level, equivalent to a top-bottom conversion. If it cannot break through 1060, it is likely to move lower. Therefore, today you can enter near the 1060 level on the retracement, using the drop point from yesterday as protection, looking down to 1036-1040, and then to 1020-1025.
ETH broke below the key level of 2470, dipping to a low of 2450. It has now retraced but failed to break through 2560, which was the starting point of the drop yesterday during U.S. market hours. Today, enter near the 2560 level on the retracement, looking successively down to 2500-2470-2430. If it can successfully break down, it may reach the 2300 level, at which point you can confidently buy and see the strength of the retracement.
