ChainCatcher Message, the stablecoin cross-border payment infrastructure SaturnX, headquartered in the UAE, announced the completion of a $3 million seed round financing, led by White Star Capital, with a number of strategic investment institutions participating. The new funds are intended to support its use of stablecoin liquidity and intelligent foreign exchange routing to build a regulatory-compliant payment network, and to expand the cross-border payment market in Southeast Asia and Africa.
