Message: Starknet announces that the rights migration has been completed, staking operations have resumed, and block proof and commission adjustment functions are now live on the mainnet. This upgrade improves the economics of STRK staking and brings greater transparency to validator behavior: allowing delegators to assess and compare the activity and reliability of validators before participating in Starknet consensus in the future (targeting EOY).

The implementation of version v2 is an important step for Starknet towards full decentralization, with version v3 expected to be launched by the end of the year, introducing Bitcoin staking capabilities to Starknet.
