#越南加密政策 The National Assembly of Vietnam approved the "Digital Technology Industry Law" on June 14, which regulates digital assets and recognizes the legal status of cryptocurrency. The law will take effect on January 1, 2026. The bill categorizes digital assets into two types: virtual assets and cryptocurrencies, and provides tax incentives, land use benefits, and research and development support for enterprises in the fields of artificial intelligence, semiconductors, and digital infrastructure. The Vietnamese government claims it is the first country in the world to establish an independent law specifically for the digital technology industry.
