Wu said that the Swedish listed company H100 announced a new financing agreement with Blockstream co-founder Adam Back, who will subscribe to the first tranche of 150 million Swedish kronor (approximately 13.8 million USD) convertible bonds, and has the right and obligation to subscribe for up to two additional tranches of 75 million Swedish kronor each within the next 90 days, with a total amount of up to 750 million Swedish kronor (approximately 69 million USD). The raised funds will be used to implement H100's Bitcoin treasury strategy.
