The SEC and #Ripple have jointly presented a new proposed settlement in the Manhattan court, requesting to dissolve the court order and release the $125 million fine that is currently in escrow.
According to the proposal, Ripple would pay $50 million to #SEC , and the remaining funds would be returned. The motion seeks to resolve the case, avoid further appeals, and put an end to the prolonged legal dispute.
