Elon Musk: Without Me Trump Will Lose in the Presidential Election, He Doesn't Know How to Be Grateful
Former Head of the Department of Government Efficiency (D.O.G.E) Elon Musk has again issued sharp criticism of United States (US) President Donald Trump. He stated that Trump does not know how to be grateful.
"Without me, Trump will lose in the election, the Democratic Party will dominate the House of Representatives and the Republican Party will win 51-49 in the Senate," he tweeted in a post on social media X, Thursday (05/06).
This feud has heated up again after Musk resigned from the position he had held for less than five months. The reason is that Musk opposed Trump's new tax policy, which he deemed would waste the budget.
Separately, in a post on Truth Social, Donald Trump stated that he does not mind what Musk is doing at the moment. However, for him, the new tax policy will actually inflate the budget by US$1.6 trillion or equivalent to Rp26 quadrillion.
