Bitcoin (BTC) has reached an all-time high of US$111,970 on Friday (23/09). At the same time, real-world crypto crimes have also increased in recent years.

According to a Binance report, the United States (US) has become the country with the highest number of crypto crime cases since 2019. This is due to many people being unable to buy 1 Bitcoin, leading them to resort to various means, including criminal actions.

Therefore, all US states currently have the highest percentage of crypto crime cases, with Southeast Asia being the second highest with 62 kidnappings and physical threats against crypto investors since 2019.

Meanwhile, the highest number of kidnapping cases is still dominated by the US with 10 cases, France with 6 cases, Ukraine with 5 cases, Russia with 4 cases, and India with 4 reported cases of crypto crime.

The region with the most incidents of kidnapping crypto figures is Europe with 59 cases, North America with 48 cases, making it the most vulnerable area to crypto crime attacks.

In fact, throughout this year, there have been 15 recorded crypto crime cases, including acts of violence against crypto investors. It has been proven that more people want to own Bitcoin at fantastic prices.
