#CircleIPO Circle successfully debuts on the stock market

Circle Internet Group, the issuer of the USDC stablecoin, launched its IPO on June 5, 2025, raising $1.05 billion through the sale of 34 million shares at $31 each, exceeding the expected price range.

With an estimated valuation of around $8 billion, Circle begins trading on the NYSE under the ticker CRCL.
