#TradingPairs101

Trading Pairs 101A trading pair is a combination of two assets traded against each other in financial markets, such as cryptocurrencies, forex, or stocks.

For example, in a BTC/USD pair, Bitcoin (BTC) is the base asset, and the US dollar (USD) is the quote asset, showing how much USD is needed to buy one BTC.

Trading pairs enable price comparison and exchange between assets. They come in three main types: crypto-to-fiat (e.g., ETH/USD), crypto-to-crypto (e.g., ETH/BTC), and stablecoin pairs (e.g., BTC/USDT).

Understanding trading pairs is crucial for navigating markets, executing trades, and managing investment strategies effectively.
