PANews reported on June 4 that Bilal Bin Saqib, the Minister of State for Crypto and Blockchain of Pakistan and CEO of the Pakistan Crypto Committee (PCC), held important talks at the White House with Robert 'Bo' Hines, Executive Director of the U.S. Presidential Advisory Committee on Digital Assets, discussing digital assets, Bitcoin integration, and decentralized infrastructure cooperation. Both parties also explored supporting an innovative ecosystem and economic inclusivity development through blockchain.

Pakistan recently launched a Strategic Bitcoin Reserve (SBR) and plans to allocate 2000 megawatts of electricity for Bitcoin mining and AI data zone construction.
