First of all, it is correct for a project party to focus on technology. Technology may not be the most important, but it is necessary because technology affects the differentiation of the project. No matter how good Sun Ge is at marketing, and no matter how many waves of U there are, TRX is still hard to surpass ETH because ETH's technicality is extremely strong.
However, operations are also very important; having only technology is not enough. A counterexample here is Cosmos. In fact, Cosmos is purely a naive project in the crypto circle. Many investors may not be aware that many projects are developed using the Cosmos SDK. This includes Binance's first chain, the once popular project Luna that collapsed, and the privacy-focused Layer1 project Oasis ($ROSE). Binance's favorite, the DeFi ecosystem chain Kava, the BTC Layer 2 network Babylon, and Nillion, Saga...
