I have noticed many times that fraud happens on P2P platforms. ⚠️
This fraud usually happens on PTV (Pay to Vendor) where people send money from their bank to get dollars. 💵🏦
The dollar seller then asks them to share their Fundality Card. 💳
Sometimes, the seller gives dollars, but sometimes they ask for pictures — especially if the buyer is a girl. 📸🚫
They demand such pictures and threaten the buyer. 😡
If you don’t give pictures, they might say: "Cancel your order after I send money." ❌💰
Never cancel your order before you receive your goods! 🚫📦
If you cancel early, the fraudster will take your money and run away, and you will never get it back. 😞💔
If your amount is large, you could suffer a big loss. 💸⚠️
So, never cancel an order just because they ask you to. Wait until you get your product. ⏳✔️
If you already canceled the order, here are your two options: 🔄⚖️
1️⃣ First, make a video from another phone (a different device) 🎥📱
Do not edit this video with any app. 🚫✂️
Record it at 480p resolution (not HD). 📹📏
2️⃣ Open your bank app from Play Store and record a full video showing your transaction. 🏦📲
Send these videos to the Binance team. 📤👥
Along with that, send the P2P trader’s ID you interacted with (you can find it by going back a bit in your chat). 🆔💬
Then wait for 3-4 days or 24 hours — sometimes it takes some time. ⏰⌛
Binance will suspend the fraudster’s P2P account. 🚫👤
Until your issue is resolved, never tell Binance the problem is solved — no matter what the other person says. 🤐🛑
Once your problem is fixed, tell Binance to reopen the fraudster’s account. 🔓✅
Sometimes a fraudster sends money to your account and freezes your account instead. ❄️💳
If you have filed a complaint with your bank in such cases, you must get a front and back copy of their ID card from the dollar sender, whether male or female. 🆔📄
Then send this to Binance and get your issue resolved. 📨⚖️This way, you can get your money back. 💰💯
