Judgment on the strength of peak division types
Regarding whether the daily K-line closing this morning is a peak division type, I discussed it with my friends. In the theory of Chan, there are strong and weak divisions (please remember this):
1. The weakest type, formed by a long bearish or bullish candle followed by two consecutive small K-lines. The one closed this morning falls into the weak peak division category, so it won't drop immediately.
2. Next, the third K-line has reached above the midpoint of the range of the first K-line, indicating strong bearish strength and reaching a stalemate stage. This is what has been mentioned multiple times; we need to see if there is a divergence in the lower time frame. The shorts on the 23rd were a failure.
