$BTC has reached a new ATH, but MVRV has not yet

Many people bought Bitcoin at high prices → Driving the average cost price held by holders up → They no longer FOMO at low prices

This is not like an ATH peak of cycles such as 2017 or 2021

Could it just be beginning?
