The cryptocurrency circle is extremely harmful to young people; to put it harshly, it’s a huge casino. You will see people getting rich overnight and others going bankrupt and committing suicide. Those who get rich overnight are simply those who won money from the casino, so there’s no need to envy them.

Generally, only a small portion of speculators can make money in the cryptocurrency circle, while most are high-frequency quantitative traders.

Even players with high awareness who enter are, in my view, also being cut as leeks. Let me explain my understanding: virtual currencies do not generate profits as they are not physical industries and cannot create employment rates, and they do not have government support. However, the high concealment makes it very easy to launder money. The downside is that if someone loses their password, like if it’s stored on a USB drive and destroyed, it’s completely gone. For example, with Bitcoin, I see the risk zone is very large because it can destroy human wealth.

At the same time, whoever holds the power to issue currency truly controls the country, which inevitably leads to suppression.

To achieve stable profits, it’s about setting up a cryptocurrency platform for people to play, similar to opening a casino in reality. They draw profits from the flow of money, which I believe has a higher winning rate, but the risk is being attacked by hackers. If individual players enter without insider information and just bet based on a candlestick chart, every transaction will also have profits taken by the platform, still making them leeks inside. It’s just that they appear to be gambling winners, having won money from the casino, but if someone can keep winning, I believe that they are (cheating). This is not meant as sarcasm; it’s a very smart way to do things. I also enjoy playing games in reality and using hacks to increase my winning rate; cheating is the same. If every transaction in the environment they trade in has profits taken away, it’s a loss.

If investment or speculation matches with games, and the winning rate of a game is 50% or even (unknown), then it's gambling. Those who play with cryptocurrencies think about whether their approach is similar—betting everything and losing means going to the rooftop.

Therefore, for a person to maintain a high winning rate or even keep winning, it is almost inevitable that they are cheating (defining a hustler).

It's just like cheating in a game. Of course, I look down on those who use hacks to fly and kill with technology because everyone knows if you cheat, you will be banned immediately.

Those who are truly cheating are similar to using customized aimbots. The aimbot programming simulates human hand movements, making it difficult to detect cheating at critical moments. The cryptocurrency circle is similar; those high-winning players are almost certainly using cheating methods, such as insider information, to know information in advance. In short, they achieve effects faster than ordinary people, which allows them to harvest leeks. However, if they earn money through cheating methods like I described, it’s like some game streamers who want people to envy their skills, while in reality, they are using technology behind the scenes. Would they tell you? Definitely not.

They even seriously boast about their experiences, what books they read, how they practice, and operate, while seriously spouting nonsense to attract real gamblers to join.

Those big influencers who made money will not share their cheating methods. It’s just the sense of achievement gained from cheating, boasting about some feasible ideas, but they will never disclose the actual cheating techniques. This is just like publicizing a bug and hoping the officials come out to fix the bug, which would ruin their own meal ticket. Of course, there’s a possibility that they would only tell you if you were their (biological) father.

For example, some time ago, I saw a trader claiming to have made 300 million through cutting leeks in virtual currencies, and a group of fans claimed to follow him.

At that time, I published an article, and some of his rather obsessed fans commented that they earned seven figures after following his tutorial. It’s important to know that even some of Buffett's words, no matter how much you listen and absorb experience, may not be achievable. So, if someone claims to have earned seven figures from him, can it be that his words are of higher value than Buffett's? Just like I said, a person cannot truly reveal their skills to you, otherwise, the bugs will be fixed.

Subsequently, some people privately messaged me saying they were disciples of those influencers, who had made money by following his words, and some told me they lost hundreds of thousands after following his tutorial but later became his disciples, etc. It felt like a group of people messaged me to tell me about the authenticity of these matters.

But I specifically looked at the articles and did not know the intentions of these influencers, nor did I see any methods of traffic diversion, which are violations.

But this situation reminds me of something: when WeChat cracked down on micro-businesses, they also had a huge following and even conducted private transactions. The WeChat team investigated and found no violations, but it was very scary because it was like a bomb; having a large following while being able to conduct transactions makes it very easy for them to suddenly run off with the money. Even if there were no obvious criminal situations now, you could still predict in advance. Therefore, to avoid risks from this potential bomb, the WeChat team decided to ban micro-businesses.

Those who claim to have made hundreds of millions through virtual currencies continuously attract huge traffic while their methods of cutting money are not evident, and their behavior looks very much like attracting people to speculate on currencies, promoting the idea of getting rich overnight. Any idea of getting rich overnight is a scam, but many grassroots individuals, due to a lack of resources, are easily swayed by their words.

Though the profits are small, when the quantity is large, it adds up. No one who gets rich through such means is not using the poor to become wealthy; in fact, the poor are their necessary tools for getting rich, as generally, poor people have lower awareness and are easier to deceive. With a large quantity, they can be harvested.

To this end, I specifically paid attention to these influential accounts for a while, as I had this premonition. Moreover, the comments below showed extreme obsession, as if they were brainwashed, all fantasizing about becoming rich overnight.

In the case that such bombs would self-detonate, it is better to cut off these fuses in advance; otherwise, it is inevitable that there will be long nights and many dreams.

Wants to double the account, wants to quickly enjoy the big profits, wants to successfully recoup losses.
