it's time to mix it up traditionally i never invited guests on to the show we did that for a long time because i never wanted to rent our audience i didn't want to show up one day and noone turns up because we didn't have a big name joining i wanted to show that our own individual research and insights could hold their own it is much harder to grow this way: there is no big account retweeting or pushing you for any reason but over time i believe this has established our own voices and personalities (even if you don't like the style, you can't knock the hustle) NOW it's time to throw some coal on the fire i actually want to host more conversations the space is so much bigger than it was in 2021: it's actually impossible to keep up with it all and we have seen a number of great leaders emerge in different pockets of the industry + so we want to host those conversations from a position of already establishing an intelligent and excellent audience MM DIAL INS 2025: extending the show to host some of the most interesting contributors to our industry

kaito’s rewards journey mirrors traditional airdrops first airdrops were a pleasant surprise where you found money in your wallet for your natural use of a protocol then protocols realised they could farm users more with points + then there were more strings attached with various formal tx/capital/social requirements kaito has just passed stage 1 where people realised omg i can really just yapp and that’s worth something (no stress no friction - like the first style of airdrop) now protocols realise people will WORK for their yaps - and so we have increased % token supply going to yappers in exchange for larger contributions (not everyone has done this, but have seen some create more hoops to jump through and think will more will do same) that being said i think the organic option is the best: don’t farm the farmers; just rewards the quality creators infinex was the first i think to add a manual review layer to the process, and i think more will do the same even if we’re in the stage where the yapper reward system is maturing to require creators to give a bit more than just pure yapps, that corresponds with protocols being happy to disproportionately reward yappers right now so we have a yappers feast - and even if it is never as good as this again, it’ll never go away now so it’s a beautiful additional game to play
