很多人对做客服有误解。 有些人会觉得，我的 title 本来不是客服，甚至是个小领导，但我说我自己是客服，就显得我很谦卑。 这里面有几个问题： 一、前台团队本质是全员客服+销售，这是事实，没什么特别值得说的，能都做好的人也不多。 二、客服的本质是问题解决，不是鞠躬道歉。在处理问题的时候，情绪安抚策略要有，但不是专业服务的核心。 三、善战者无赫赫之功，客服的至境是稳稳托底而在外无名，解决问题的流程应多放在内部会议上进行复盘。
