Draft Final Approval of Welfare and Rehabilitation Ordinance for Families of Those Killed in the People's Uprising and the Injured 15th May, 2025
Draft of the Welfare and Rehabilitation Ordinance for the families of those killed and injured in the People's Uprising in July 2025 has been given policy and final approval by the Advisory Council. At the same time, final approval has also been given to the draft of the amended ordinance of the National Freedom Fighters Council (Jamuka).
This approval was given at the meeting of the Advisory Council on Thursday (15 May). This information was provided in a notification sent from the Chief Adviser's Cabinet Division.
It is stated that a committee consisting of 5 advisors has been formed for the overall review, including the restructuring of the draft of the Welfare and Rehabilitation Ordinance for the families of those killed and injured in the July People's Uprising.
