It is also reported that McGregor will meet with the President of El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, who made Bitcoin legal tender and purchases BTC daily on behalf of the government.
Additionally, the initiative has caught the attention of David Bailey, CEO of the popular publication Bitcoin Magazine. He suggested that McGregor meet with the Vice President of the United States to talk about a strategic Bitcoin reserve. This topic concerns not only Ireland but also America. Donald Trump promised to form a BTC reserve base after the elections. For now, this is all still being discussed, but some American states are actively promoting relevant legislation.
