#AltcoinSeasonLoading CAN ANYONE EXPLAIN THIS TO ME?

I have an existential doubt. Naturally, liquidity cannot be in two places at the same time. The volume of BTC should decrease if Altcoins start to rise, but we also saw that when BTC goes down, the others go down as well. This confuses me a bit.

What price will BTC reach before making room for the Altcoins? Will it do so while it rises?
