This is what happened to me: I entered a trade and when the profit percentage reached 83 percent, which is a good profit with a leverage of 75, meaning a net profit. I clicked the close trade button to cash out, but the button did not work and a black screen appeared. Then I pressed the screen again and found the price rising and falling normally, only it did not allow me to withdraw the money. I continued pressing, then stopped for a moment and found that the price dropped significantly, and I found myself with a loss of 91 percent. Then what happened? The platform closed the trade and I was in a huge loss, meaning 740 dollars vanished on the platform. This is nonsense; there is an issue when the phone's temperature rises during the loss of the trade, and the phone shows that there is an application running in the background causing the battery to drain. When winning a few cents, I find that everything works normally. I believe the platform targets those who leverage to the maximum extent, and this causes significant losses. Please resolve the issues.
