The presidential candidate of South Korea's ruling party, the People Power Party, Kim Moon-soo, and the independent presidential candidate, former Prime Minister Han Duck-soo, once again failed to reach an agreement on jointly nominating a single candidate for the presidential election on the evening of May 9.
