Yesterday, a friend called me to complain that he has lost over 700,000 recently. Only after losing did he calm down and reflect, not to complain, but to self-examine where he went wrong.

It seems that only when a person has completely lost can they truly calm down and think. When one is in the midst of it, they are often more reluctant to admit their mistakes.

Self-examination and reflection should be things we do every day. What seems trivial is fundamentally what widens the gap between people. When you can maintain such a state, I believe you are not far from so-called enlightenment.

It is said that a trader who has never been liquidated is not considered a good trader. There are many traders who have been liquidated; how many can stand up again?

Those who can stand up are certainly those who continuously self-examine and reflect. When the heart dies, the way is born— the heart is "the five thieves in the heart, acting in the heavens," namely desires, obsessions, prejudices, and so on.
