Financial Times revealed that a group of traders made about $100 million on the meme coin of Melania Trump by buying it shortly before its official launch.
Trump denies profiting from TRUMP, stating that he does not monitor the token's price and has called any income coincidental. Nevertheless, his team has already made $900,000 in trading commissions, and a large portion of the TRUMP issuance (80%) remains under the control of affiliated parties.
Currently, TRUMP is trading around $11.3, which is 85% lower than its January peak.
