U.S. Treasury Secretary: The 145% tariffs imposed on China cannot be maintained long term!
Trump, in his foolishness, is afraid and wants to save face. If he doesn't actively lower the tariffs, China will just ignore him. Thinking he can wait for a call from China is a delusion, far beyond his expectations. He can't play this game anymore, haha!
