The evaluation considered factors like regulations, tax environment, lifestyle, and digital infrastructure. Singapore and Abu Dhabi ranked fourth and fifth, known for their business-friendly environment and crypto regulations. Slovenia also led in the Crypto Wealth Concentration Index, with an average crypto owner holding $240,500 in assets. On the other hand, the US ranked low with an average of $23,300 in crypto holdings. Ljubljana, under the EU's regulatory framework, has embraced crypto positively, hosting organizations like Blockchain Alliance Europe and Blocksquare. The city's crypto culture and infrastructure have contributed to its top ranking in the global crypto-friendly cities list.
