Donald Trump stated that he expects a trade deal with China in the upcoming weeks after receiving a call from the Chinese government. Trump claimed in an interview with Time that, based on prior discussions, the tariff-focused accord could be completed in three to four weeks. The Chinese government, however, refuted the claims, claiming that no talks are currently taking place. In addition, Trump talked about his plans for Crimea, talks with Iran, and the conflict in Ukraine.
