The purchases were made between April 14 and 20, 2025, bringing the company’s total Bitcoin holdings to 538,200 BTC. All of these Bitcoins were acquired at an average price of $67,766 per coin.

The funds for this purchase were obtained through the company’s “at-the-market” stock offering programs, under which 1.76 million Class A common shares and 91,213 preferred shares were sold.

The move by MicroStrategy demonstrates its long-term confidence in Bitcoin, making it the world’s largest corporate Bitcoin holder. The company has invested a total of $36.47 billion in Bitcoin so far.
