#MyFamily Dear Traders, Stay Sharp – This is How Smart Trading is Done
Want to level up your trading game? Let’s break down a clean, reliable system that keeps emotions out and profits in. Here’s your step-by-step game plan:
Step 1: Identify a High-Probability Setup Before jumping in, wait for clear signs of market behavior. That could be a breakout from a strong price zone, a clean retest of previous support/resistance, or an imbalance (like an unfilled gap in price structure). Example: If price climbs and breaks above a key level that held back buyers before — that’s a green light. But wait… confirmation is key.
Step 2: Build Your Trade Plan Around Structure, Not Feelings
Entry Point: Don’t guess. Wait for the price to close clearly above or below your chosen zone on the chart — ideally using the 1-hour timeframe or higher. A strong candle close confirms buyer or seller strength.
Profit Targets: Instead of aiming for just one exit, break your targets into zones — maybe Target 1 at 3–4%, Target 2 at 6–7%, and Target 3 at 10% or more depending on the market conditions. That way, you lock in gains and stay in the trade longer.
Stop Loss: Always set your stop based on the recent price structure — like just below the last higher low or above a recent lower high. Avoid placing it randomly or based on how much you "feel" you can lose. Trade smart, not emotionally.
Step 3: Execute with Patience and Precision
Once your first target is reached, adjust your stop loss to breakeven. That way, you remove all risk from the trade.
For the remaining position, use a trailing stop technique — as price climbs, follow it with your stop, locking in more profits.
Never chase a move that’s already taken off. If you missed it, let it go. Another setup will always come.
Stay calm. There’s no space for panic in a solid strategy.
