Example: if the Relay Chain validates 25 blocks from parachains simultaneously, it’s using 25 cores.
Agile Coretime enabled parachains to lease extra cores short-term to handle spikes in demand—saving costs and boosting performance.
Here’s the big deal. With Elastic Scaling, parachains can also bundle and scale cores on demand.
