One thing i missed out was supply and circulation which is crucial. They still hold 800 millions so supply remains more than demand thus i fear price is likely to be low

It seems that for time being the average price is in settlement phase. If you view the picture analytically you will conclude that coin is settling between 30 and 40 +- 3.
After launch and initial thrust the price came to a stream which is factual and you will only see increase if the big investors pump in and that will be gradual over a lengthy time period. Whales, however, can upset because this coin is volatile in nature. But it will only go down the 30 if there is some big news or scam and panic is created.
Those who purchased at higher rate like 60 must wait but should think of selling when it's above 40 and re buy when around 30. Repeat the cycle. Else wait for an unlimited period where luck takes it to beyond 60 and you recover your loss.
New purchasers must buy around 30+ and sell around 40+.
