According to PANews, BlackRock has announced a collaboration with Securitize to extend its blockchain-based money market fund, BUIDL, to the Solana network. This move is part of BlackRock's ongoing efforts to expand its presence in the cryptocurrency market. In January 2024, the asset management firm launched a spot Bitcoin exchange-traded fund, which has since attracted nearly $40 billion in investments.
