On May 13, 2025, in Riyadh, U.S. President Donald Trump announced a strategic partnership with Saudi Arabia worth $600 billion, which could grow to $1 trillion. The agreement covers investments in artificial intelligence, technology, energy, and defense. In particular, the Saudi company DataVolt will invest $20 billion in AI data centers in the U.S., and Humain has entered into partnerships with AMD for $10 billion and AWS for $5 billion to develop AI in both countries. Additionally, the agreement includes the sale of American defense equipment worth $142 billion.
