📌 Who is Richard Teng ?
A seasoned financial regulator from Singapore, Richard Teng built his career at the Monetary Authority of Singapore (MAS), Singapore Exchange (SGX), and later as CEO of the Abu Dhabi Global Market (ADGM) regulator. In 2021, he joined Binance, and by November 2023, he became CEO, replacing CZ.

When CZ stepped down after legal troubles, many thought Binance would face its toughest days. But with Teng’s experience, the company found stability and a fresh direction.
