Introduction
Morpho is a trustless, efficient, over-collateralized lending native protocol that allows permissionless market creation. It can deploy minimized and isolated lending markets by specifying the following:
A type of collateral asset (cryptocurrency supported by the protocol)
A type of loan asset
Liquidation Loan-To-Value (LLTV)
Interest Rate Model (IRM)
An oracle
Borrowers can repay their loans at any time by returning the borrowed assets and accrued interest. Once the repayment is confirmed on the blockchain, borrowers can retrieve their collateral from the smart contract.

Morpho:
It is one of the projects I am most optimistic about in this cycle. After several years of development, mo has gradually become one of the best choices for idle money management and improving capital leverage!
As a new lending protocol, Morpho is different from traditional lending in the following ways:
1. Traditional lending protocols usually require people with borrowing needs to pledge large currencies or more general assets. However, mo supports assets with lower applicability as collateral, which can improve the utilization rate of idle funds (mortgage PT-sUSDe to borrow DAI)
2. The risk volatility of traditional lending of a single asset may affect the entire protocol, while Morpho isolates Vaults from each other
Morpho is currently the only lending protocol in the new round of market that has the potential to catch up with Aave, and the current amount of borrowed funds is always at the forefront
Secondly, it has strong institutional endorsement, and the current position is already at a relatively low level, which can be held for the medium and long term (see 5u!)
