#DephtOfMarket Good evening,
We learn a lot about market depth with a little practice even if you are right in principle, especially if we zoom in on the price, šš
We nevertheless notice, when zooming out, that the depth profile remains generally stable over one or even several days, thanks to the many investors able to wait for their orders to be executed (thanks to them š¤).
But even over several days there is a certain stability of the most obvious trends and, provided we still take a look from time to time for possible adjustments, our orders often remain relevant.
What more do we learn with depth?
If we only refer to the price chart, we are looking at the past, aren't we? (even in snapshots).
But we know that the past does not necessarily lead to the future.
On the other hand, by analyzing the depth of the market, we have before our eyes the different balances of power of liquidity that will confront each other according to the law of supply and demand, (provided, of course, that there are no suddenly violent undeclared movements).
How lucky to be able to glimpse probable futures in this way, which is incredible when you think about it, right?
Good secure investments to you š¤
