I think a lot of people misunderstand Babylon's "fast unstaking."
I did too.
The wait doesn't get shorter. You still go through Bitcoin's normal unbonding period.
What's actually fast is what comes next. There isn't an extra claim transaction or a custodian holding your BTC after the wait. Once unbonding ends, your BTC is ready to spend.
Sometimes the biggest improvement isn't making something faster. It's removing the step that never needed to be there.

The more I looked into Babylon, the more I realized that TVL and token value shouldn't be treated as the same story. Billions in Bitcoin being secured is a strong signal that the protocol has found real demand, but it doesn't automatically mean that demand flows directly to $BABY .
What matters is whether the token becomes essential to the network as adoption grows. If utility, governance, incentives, and value capture continue to expand alongside the protocol, today's valuation could look very different. If not, the market may simply be pricing the current reality.
For me, the question isn't whether Babylon has impressive TVL. It's whether $BABY can grow into an asset that captures the value of the ecosystem it's helping secure. That's what I'll be watching.
