For the first time in 10 months, the Fed will cut interest rates.

In September 2024, the Fed started cutting rates, which led to a huge Q4 rally.

But why are rate cuts important?

When the Fed cuts rates, borrowing becomes cheap.

This results in higher consumption (more profits for companies) and more borrowing (more money to invest in assets).

But that's not all.

Rate cuts also result in liquidity flow from less-risky assets like T-bills to high-risk assets like stocks and crypto.

This is because rate cuts cause yields to go down, which makes T-bills less interesting.

Right now, the market is expecting a 75%+ probability of 3 or more rate cuts in 2025.

As more cuts happen, liquidity flows into Bitcoin and alts will increase.

If you recall the last update, we were looking for buys around $205 area which got front ran and price went straight to level we were looking to tp ($250)

Now with the DAT meta and Sol being the stronger horse feels like the move isn't over as of yet, looking to bid $210-215 area looking for a push towards the highs again

Pls note that a lot of the DAT buying is done now and hence I’m looking for a retrace to buy. SOL should be weaker than other majors in the short term until ETF news and more DATs are not finalised

- Following the last update, as mentioned we were looking for Doge to clear the daily highs around $0.28-0.29

- Didn't get fills on the perps side but capitalised on spot, now looking to bid $0.24 for the continuation, invalidation is price losing the level marked in green.
