A Pi Mainnet wallet can be activated in 3 ways.

✧ Automatic:

1. Migration

• A Pi wallet will be automatically activated on the mainnet when your mined Pi migrates to it

• You will have 0.01 Available balance in your wallet

✧ Optional, if you want to use your wallet prior to migration:

2. Activate via 'KYC with Pi'

• Available if you have Pi KYC passed or Tentative approval

• You will have 0 Available balance in your wallet*

3. Activate via 'KYC with On-Ramps' (Banxa)

• In this process you do KYC with Banxa and buy some “Starter Pi”

• You will have the Pi you bought as Available balance in your wallet

* 14 days after migration, in your Pi wallet you can “move” the unlocked portion of your Pi to Available Balance. You need 0.01 Pi Available balance to pay the transaction fee to do that. If you activated this wallet with ‘KYC with Pi’ prior to migration, you need to buy/borrow 0.01 Pi for this.
