You don't need a gym to cut your body.

Do this for 6 months;

• Daily pushups (20×15)

• Perform deadlifts

• Execute flat + incline bench press

• Do squats( 20×15)

As a man, you'll never regret having a fit body.

I am putting this out here because I have been so lazy lately, so this is a reminder for me as well to hit the gym from next month.☺️
