#TRUMP Gala Dinner Participant Special NFTs Distributed: Rarest Piece Sold for $16,000.
Special NFT collections at three different levels were distributed to participants of the special gala dinner organized by former US President Donald $TRUMP for TRUMP coin investors. The NFTs were delivered to investors via airdrop after the gala. The rarest #nft in the collection, âDiamond Handsâ, found a buyer yesterday for 99.9 SOL (approximately $16,000).
The distributed NFTs were divided into three categories according to the participantsâ participation in the event and investment duration:
The âPower to the Holdersâ NFT was given only to those who registered.
The âGold Gala Dinnerâ NFT was sent to 219 people who physically attended the event.
The âDiamond Handsâ NFT was distributed exclusively to 118 people who held their coins for a long time and were invited to the gala.
The event was held at Trump National Golf Club in Washington, D.C. However, about 100 people protested outside, chanting âEnd crypto corruption.â The event was also met with criticism from some high-ranking Democrats. Criticism suggested that the gala dinner could open the door for foreigners to buy political influence.
AirdropAlert founder Morten Christensen, one of the attendees who bought TRUMP coins during the gala, said he simultaneously sold them on other exchanges in order to prevent fluctuations in token prices. However, instead of earning him the âDiamond Handsâ NFT, this transaction caused him to lose his rights. Christensen later said that he was not eligible to receive the most valuable NFT because he sold the tokens early.
NFT collectibles are currently attracting high interest on the second-hand market. According to open source data, the base prices of the NFTs in the collection are as follows:
Diamond Hands: 99.9 SOL (~16,000 USD)
Gold Gala Dinner: 48.15 SOL (~7,700 USD)
Power to the Holders: 7.6 $SOL (~1,200 USD)
