#Binance 's Move That Will Shake the Altcoin Market! A Giant Liquidity Program Special for 18 Coins is Starting.
Things are shaking up in the cryptocurrency markets! The world's largest crypto exchange, Binance, has officially announced a giant program that will excite altcoin investors. The first liquidity program designed exclusively for altcoin transactions offers a brand new playground for small and medium-sized market makers.
This innovative initiative, called the "Altcoin LiquidityBoost Program", covers 18 different altcoins and starts on June 9. This move aims to increase liquidity in altcoin markets and create a more balanced competitive environment.
The Focus is Entirely on Altcoins!
Binance officials state that traditional liquidity programs have largely focused on Bitcoin (BTC) and leading major cryptocurrencies to date; this situation creates a serious disadvantage for small-scale projects and market makers. With the new program, liquidity providers that focus solely on altcoins will now be able to compete with major players.
Catherine Chen, Head of Binance VIP and Institutional Department, said in a statement:
âWe launched this program considering the altcoin-focused demands, especially from small and medium-sized market makers. Participants will be able to compete only on the altcoin side without having to include Bitcoin and other major cryptocurrencies.â
Here are the 18 Altcoins that Binance Will Provide Liquidity Support:
USDT trading pairs to be supported in the first phase of the program are as follows:
INIT, #EOS , #HYPER , PARTI, ICP, #KERNEL , $CFX , $W , KMNO, $IOTX
ONDO, TON, FIL, WCT, BABY, SXT, SYRUP, STO
These coins will gain more liquidity under the program and significant increases in trading volumes are expected.
Who Can Participate in the Program?
To be eligible for the program, liquidity providers must have traded at least $20 million in volume on Binance Spot, Margin or other platforms in the last 30 days.
Applications: Starting June 9
Initial refunds and incentive payments: Starting June 17.
