قال الرئيس التنفيذي لشركة أمازون، آندي جاسي، في مذكرة للموظفين، يوم الثلاثاء، إن نشر تقنيات الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والوكلاء الأذكياء سيؤدي إلى تقليص عدد العاملين في المناصب الإدارية في السنوات القليلة المقبلة.
ويحدث الذكاء الاصطناعي تحولات عميقة في سوق العمل العالمية من خلال أتمتة المهام الروتينية والمتكررة، ويتوقع قادة الصناعة أن يؤدي ذلك إلى تقليص أو إعادة تشكيل بعض الأدوار في مختلف القطاعات.
ورغم حالة عدم اليقين، يتفق العديد من الخبراء على أن الذكاء الاصطناعي لن يؤدي إلى بطالة جماعية، بل إلى إعادة توزيع القُوى العاملة.

قال جاسي إنه مع مواصلة طرح الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي والوكلاء، ستتغير طبيعة العمل لدينا، وسنحتاج إلى عدد أقل من الأشخاص للقيام ببعض المهام الحالية، لكننا سنحتاج إلى المزيد في وظائف جديدة.
وكانت أمازون قد أعلنت أن عدد موظفيها الدائمين والمؤقتين تجاوز 1.5 مليون شخص بنهاية العام الماضي، إضافة إلى الاستعانة بالمتعاقدين المؤقتين حسب الحاجة.
الذكاء الاصطناعي يحسن الكفاءة وخدمة العملاء
أوضح جاسي أن الشركة تستخدم الذكاء الاصطناعي التوليدي داخلياً لتحسين الكفاءة وتجربة العملاء، إذ يتم استخدامه لتحسين التنبؤ بالمخزون، وتطوير روبوتات خدمة العملاء، وتحسين صفحات تفاصيل المنتجات.
وتجدر الإشارة إلى أن مايكروسوفت شددت أيضاً على أن الذكاء الاصطناعي سيُعزز الإنتاجية، لكنها في الوقت نفسه قامت بتسريح آلاف الموظفين.
وكذلك الحال مع غوغل التي سرّحت مئات الموظفين خلال العام الماضي، في ظل استخدام متزايد للذكاء الاصطناعي في كتابة الشيفرات البرمجية للمنتجات والعمليات الداخلية.
