Binance Simple Earn is pleased to announce two promotions for MyShell (SHELL) Simple Earn Products! During the Promotion Period, users who subscribe to the SHELL Flexible Products are eligible to enjoy 20% Bonus Tiered APR on top of the Real-Time APR rewards, and 40% on SHELL Locked Products. In addition, users who subscribe to SHELL during the Promotion Period may also win up to 200 SHELL in Locked Products.
Promotion Period: 2025-04-29 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-07-27 23:59 (UTC)
Subscription Format: Complete subscription on a first-come, first-served basis in accordance with the terms below.
Rewards Distribution:
Bonus Tiered APR: Distributed to users’ Spot Accounts on a daily basis. The first reward will be given the day after accrual starts (two days after subscription).
Real-Time APR: Accrued and directly accumulated in users’ Earn Accounts every minute.
Locked APR: Distributed to users’ Spot Accounts on a daily basis. The first reward will be given the day after accrual starts (two days after subscription).
Promotion Period: 2025-04-29 00:00 (UTC) to 2025-05-27 23:59 (UTC)
All users who confirm their participation and reach a net Simple Earn subscription amount of at least 10 SHELL during the Promotion Period, will be ranked by their Net Flexible and Locked Products Subscription Amount during the Promotion Period.
The top 40,000 eligible participants will qualify to receive rewards in SHELL Locked Products, as per the table below.
*Net eligible subscription amount = (Total Flexible and Locked Simple Earn SHELL subscription amount during the Promotion Period) - (Total Flexible and Locked Simple Earn SHELL redemption amount during the Promotion Period)
Users can buy SHELL on the Buy Crypto page, which supports payment methods including Visa and Mastercard cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and wallet balances. Users can also deposit SHELL to their Binance account.

Select FLEXIBLE or 30-Day, and subscribe to SHELL Simple Earn Products to start earning rewards!
Changes to the Simple Earn Rewards Rate will be published on the Platform from time to time. Please refer to Binance Simple Earn Terms & Conditions and Risk Warning for more information prior to using Simple Earn.
Only users who confirm their participation on the campaign page and complete account verification will be eligible for rewards from the Promotion(s).
Reward Distribution:
Promotion A:
Bonus Tiered APR is offered as an additional reward on top of Real-Time APR. Upon subscription, Bonus Tiered APR rewards start to accrue the next day starting from 00:00 (UTC). Rewards will start to be distributed the following day after accrual starts between 00:00 (UTC) and 08:00 (UTC) to the user’s Spot Account.
All users who hold open positions for SHELL Flexible Products will receive both Real-Time APR and Bonus Tiered APR rewards during the Promotion Period. Once the Promotion ends, users will be entitled to Real-Time APR rewards only.
Bonus Tiered APR rewards are calculated based on the subscribed amounts and are subject to the respective tier limit for each token. Please refer to the FAQ for more details.
Promotion B:
The SHELL Locked Products airdrop will be automatically distributed to eligible users’ Earn Accounts within four (4) weeks after the Promotion ends.
The SHELL 150-day Locked Products rewards are not eligible for early redemption before the expiry date.
Binance Simple Earn will redeem the digital assets/digital currencies locked in Simple Earn Locked Products subscriptions to Simple Earn Flexible Products at the end of the agreed subscription period.
The assets users deposit in Simple Earn may be loaned to other Binance users (e.g., Margin and Crypto Loan products).
A large amount of redemption requests might delay redemption temporarily. Redemptions may resume upon return of liquidity.
Users can view their Simple Earn Products assets by going to Assets > Earn > Simple Earn.
Redemption time for Flexible Products subscriptions: Instant; Unlock period for Locked Products: One day.
About early redemption for Simple Earn Locked Products: Users may redeem their assets in advance. After choosing early redemption, digital assets will be returned to their Spot Accounts, and users will not be entitled to any rewards (accrued or otherwise). Any distributed rewards will be deducted from the refunded principal. It may take 48-72 hours to receive the digital assets back into users’ Spot Accounts.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants who tamper with Binance program code, or interfere with the operation of Binance program code with other software.
Binance reserves the right to disqualify any participants that, in its reasonable opinion, are acting fraudulently or not in accordance with any applicable terms and conditions.
Binance reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion or Promotion Rules at its sole discretion.
